Welcome to Pole Gym. We are a friendly Pole Fitness and Aerial Arts studio based in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.

Our main focus is on building body positivity and self confidence through fun exercise. We welcome all ages, levels and abilities and offer classes to both children and adults. Classes are a great way to make friends and improve mental health, as well as increasing strength, mobility and flexibility. You can even work towards our shows and festivals.

We have PAYG classes as well as enrolment courses running every day of the week so please browse our timetable and reach out with any questions.
