We’ll be hosting our first ever Girls Getaway on Friday 5th - Sunday 7th April 2024 at Light House Barn - a truly breathtaking location in the Peak District, UK, which is just over 1 hour from our studio in Goostrey, Cheshire.
What’s included?
2 nights luxury accommodation (arrive on the Friday, leaving on Sunday)
A choice of single, double, twin and trio occupancy rooms - grab your pole buddies, or come solo and I can buddy you up on arrival!
All meals - Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon snack, Sunday breakfast, Sunday lunch.

The details…
Do you dream of weekends away from home, to have special time just for you, to relax, unwind, release your tensions and simply breathe. Sometimes we just need time away from the every day, even time away from our loved ones, just to recharge, breathe and find ourselves. Sometimes we just need a little reset. A few days to get away from it all and either do nothing or do everything.
To have the choice to sleep, eat, read for a few days or the choice to join in with healthy and fun activities such as yoga, flexibility, hiking, women’s circles and more. We get so wrapped up in the day to day of life that we rarely take that time out for ourselves, and sometimes we don’t even know how to do that or where to go if we need that. This is my answer to this.
My gorgeous Girls Getaway is all the things I desire and love so I just know you will love it and benefit from it too. Freedom, space, escapism, like minded people, the outdoors, scenic views, yoga, stretch or breath work, coffee, good food, luxury accommodation, a nurturing environment, people to talk to or space to simply be silent.
Walking, journaling, reading, or even a little glass of something next to the fire pit and under the stars. So many times have we all needed something like this … Well now it’s here!
